Beverley Boylan

I’ve been a resident of Kingsmead since 1999 and have seen it grow and mature.
As I’ve now retired, I’ve got the time to take a more active role in ensuring that the estate gets the right level of care and maintenance. The estate is not without its challenges and the council works hard to address these, changing priorities and focus to ensure that Kingsmead is and continues to be a clean, pleasant and safe environment. However, the full council consists of 10 volunteers and part-time clerk, so we cannot be everywhere all the time, nor can the council promise to get it right all of the time, but if the Kingsmead community continues to be our eyes and ears we can work together to ensure that Kingsmead continues to be a place we can enjoy and are proud to call home.
