NOW Northwich Festival
The festival is called NOW Northwich, and it will start at 1pm on Saturday 6th October.
The event will continue throughout the day with a mixture of high-quality street performers from across the United Kingdom. Cheshire Dance and Fallen Angels Dance Theatre are coordinating a full community programme, which involves more than 100 local performers.
The festival will finish with an evening parade, which will be led by Netherlands-based Close-Acts. The act will bring its breath taking show SAURUS to the streets of Northwich. You can find out more details about NOW Northwich on the official website: https://www.nownorthwich.co.uk/
Arts Council England has agreed to support the project and is providing a proportion of the funding. Other funding partners include the Council, Marketing Cheshire, Gadbrook Park BID and the SLANT programme. We are also working closely with Northwich BID and the Mid-Cheshire Development Board. The size of the project is important, and we are aiming to make this an annual event in Northwich.
